Notice of future Online Payment Portal Upgrade for Opp Utilities:

Effective January 26th, 2026 we will upgrade the Online Payment Portal. We will switch from Velocity Payments to Biller Payments which should provide a better experience with more reliability in processing your utility payments. If you need assistance with making your payment, please contact our office at 334-493-4571, Option 3 then 0 for immediate assistance.

This upgrade has not happened yet this is just a notice so Opp Utilities customers are not caught off guard when they go to make their payment and things look differently than they are used to. More information and a screenshot will be posted here when the switch is complete
