person to commence the construction of any building or the plumbing (including gas work) or electrical wiring of any building or the re-plumbing of any building or re-wiring of any building within the city without having first obtained from the city a building permit.<\/p><p>The permit and inspection fees prescribed in the building code are deleted, and the following sentence inserted:<em> &#8220;For the issuance of a building permit and the inspection to be made by the building inspector of the city, such person shall pay to the city a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for the first $1,000.00, plus the sum of $4.50 for each additional $1,000.00 of the contract price for construction or plumbing.\u00a0 Electrical permits are a minimum of $50.00 for a 200 amp service, and increase as the number of amps increase.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
